Create a Phonebond before you hand over the old mobile phone.Step by Step Guide to create Phonebond for your used mobile phoneStep 1 - Click on Create Phonebond option in our app.
We will first enter buyer details.
On this page enter the name, address, email, and phone number of the buyer.
Now we will upload the front and back page of the buyer’s ID proof.
You can use proofs such as driver’s license, voter’s ID card, and other IDs.
Step 2 - On this screen, we will enter seller details.
Enter the name, Address, Email, and phone number of the seller.
Now we will upload the front and back page of the sellers ID proof.
Click the next button.Step 3 - On this page, we will enter the phone details.
First, enter the IMEI number of the phone.
Select the right model of the phone.
Now you can take a front face selfie with the buyer or seller with your phone in your hand.
Click the next button.Step 4 - You can review your agreement, names of buyer and seller, their addresses, and the id proof photos you have attached.
If the information in the agreement is correct, the buyer and seller can sign the agreement by pressing the Sign button.Click the Accept button.
Step 5 - Now we will verify both buyer’s and seller’s mobile numbers with OTP.
Press the Get OTP button.
OTP will be sent to your Seller’s phone number.
Enter the OTP and then click Verify OTP.
We will now verify the buyer’s mobile number.
Press the Get OTP button.
OTP will be sent to your Buyer’s phone number.
Enter the OTP and then click Verify OTP.Then click Submit button.Your phonebond is now ready.
A phonebond pdf will be downloaded on your mobile app automatically.
An email will also be sent to the buyer’s and seller’s email ID, with the phonebond agreement as an attachment.You can see and download all your phonebonds in the My Phonebonds page inside the side menu.
